Step 2: Preparation of Sugar Syrup

Take water in a pan, add sugar to it and boil it. You have to keep stirring continuously while boiling. Now take a little water in another bowl. If the drops that you poured lay a thread which does not get dissolved when you touch, it means your sugar syrup is ready.

Low the flame and add powdered cashew to it.  Keep stirring for about 3 -4 minutes. Your mixture will start boiling and gets thick. At this point, switch off the flame. Wet your fingers with water, take a pinch of the mixture and roll it between your fingers. The consistency of the mixture is good when you are able to make non-stick balls.

Step 4:

Keep stirring the mixture in the pan until your mixture turns into dough. When the mixture is little hot, take it in another plate and start kneading. Knead it until you get a smooth dough. If the mixture is dry you can add a little milk. Use little ghee for kneading.
