Ingredients
- Olive oil
- 1 bacon
- 4 zucchini- grated
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup of vinegar
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 cup flour
Cooking time
- 50 minutes {10 minutes preparation time and 40 minutes cooking time}
Method
- Preheat the oven to about180 degrees Celsius.
- Brush a pan with oil
- Add a non stick baking paper
- Cook the bacon on a frying pan with medium heat for about 3 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture in to a large bowl.
- Cook the zucchini, stir for 5 minutes until it is tender.
- Transfer to the bowl and leave aside to cool.
- Add the eggs, cheddar and zucchini mix. Add in the flour.
- Season it with salt and pepper
- Mix well
- Pour the mixture in to the pan and bake for about half an hour till it is golden brown.
